Annual Offence Declarations and WHMIS/Violence Awareness Training

The Annual Offence Declaration is now posted. Please complete it on or before 2008 June 26.

WHMIS/Violence Awareness Training quizzes are now posted as well. You can access these through the Employee Portal under personal information.

Occasional Teacher Offence/WHMIS

If you did not do the quizzes at the April 18 Elementary Occasional Teachers PA day, you must be complete them prior to submitting your offence declaration.

Please complete on or before 2008 June 26. Failure to do so could result in your name being removed from the occasional teachers list. Thanks
 

Occasional Teachers - Statement of Intent to Remain on List

In accordance with the O.T. Collective Agreement, please be advised that the canvass letter will be available through the portal, June 1-30, 2008.  Once in the portal, access is to the left, select HRS Applications (SQL) > Temp/Occasional Emp Canvass Letter.  This canvass letter must be completed on or before June 30, 2008.

Provincial News and Events:

Awards, Scholarships, Grants, Bursaries

OSSTF/FEESO offers awards, scholarships, grants and bursaries for a variety of purposes.

• OSSTF/FESSO Financial Assistance Awards for Further Education - These awards provide financial assistance to members who are pursuing further education.  In Addition, Bursaries are available for members with a child or ward who has applied to enter a publicly-funded post-secondary college, university or apprenticeship program.
• OSSTF/FESSO Awards of Recognition for Members - These awards recognize outstanding contributions by members to the OSSTF/FESSO.  Some are provincial awards, others are district awards.
• OSSTF/FESSO Grants in Support of Staff Development - These grants support projects intended to contribute to the staff development of OSSTF/FESSO members.

Provincial Executive at Work
